Huff Post News:  The foreclosure debacle that is plaguing the country knows no boundaries apparently as homeowners are walking away from their mortgages in the most affluent neighborhoods as well.  It's not so much that they can't afford the payment but the fact that the negative equity may not correct itself any time soon is prompting them to make a 'business decision' to walk away.  Not the wisest move to say the least but it's taking place nonetheless.  Full details are here:  Huff Post.
