Preparing Your Home for Sale-
Review inspection reports and develop Showcase Plan (carpet cleaning, touch-up painting, cleaning, remodeling, staging)
- Coordinate with client on conducting Pre-Listing Inspections (recommended), gathering reports & permits, work/repair histories with supporting documents
- Process Transfer Disclosure Statement, Seller Property Questionnaire and other appropriate hazard disclosures and Warranty Booklets (if applicable)
- Client to provide property keys and opener
Managing The Sales and Escrow Process-
Maintain close client contact with immediate feedback after Open House and Private Showings
- Monitor and update client with market developments that could affect price position and strategy
- Educate and inform client on all aspects of the negotiation and transaction
- Verify buyer loan qualifications with their lender
- Management oversight of multiple-offer negotiations
- Coordinate all Buyer investigations and final walk-through inspection
